Texas VINE is a free and anonymous telephone service that provides victims of crime two important features: information and notification. Texas VINE is a statewide service that is sponsored by the Office of the Attorney General, Office of the Governor, and local county officials. Texas VINE will monitor the custody status of offenders, as well as basic district case/court information. Information is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This program is in English and Spanish. A live operator is available 24 hours a day to assist callers.
